5. To whom are such data provided?
Any information you provide us with by entering it on these websites will be stored on a server located in a country of the European Union (“EU”) or outside the EU and passed on to the competent bodies within DLG Thai and its associated companies/organisations www.dlg.org/gruppe both in Germany and abroad to deal with your queries and requests. Any transfer to third parties will take place only within the scope of statutory obligations or to our service providers in connection with contract processing (Art. 4 no. 9 GDPR).
Transfer to companies/organisations of the DLG in non EU-countries will take place only after a level of protection corresponding to that of the EU has been ensured. In order to ensure this level of protection, we use the EU standard contract clauses.
We use your data for sending you the DLG-NEWSLETTERS you have ordered, to carry out/organise/manage the NEWSLETTERS (Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit b) GDPR) or to send infor-mation and advertising mailings of DLG or invitations to DLG events (“legitimate commercial interest” as an enterprise advertising its services, Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit f) GDPR).
6. Liability for links
Our offering contains links to external websites of third parties the contents of which we have no influence on. Therefore, we cannot assume any responsibility for these third-party contents. According to the DLG erasure guidelines, your data will be stored only as long as necessary for the purpose of storage.
You have the right to request erasure, rectification or restriction of the processing of your data. If you wish, you will be informed about the content and scope of your data we have stored. In addition, you are entitled get back your personal data or to have them transmitted by DLG Thai in a suitable format. You may object to the storage and processing of your data and an automatic decision in individual cases with effect for the future at any time. This also applies if you have given us your consent to use your data (Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. a). Such objection may be sent informally by post or by e-mail without having specific reasons.
